American Games announces three new appointments

Council Bluffs, Iowa – Council Bluffs-based American Games, a leading manufacturer of pull-tab tickets, ticket vending machines, bingo paper and other gaming products, is pleased to announce three new appointments.

Tim Hess – Director of Marketing
Tim Hess develops, implements and oversees strategies to market bingo paper and charitable gaming pull-tab ticket products at American Games. Tim is also instrumental in creating marketing plans for all charitable gaming products. Tim draws on 20 years of experience in sales and the gaming industry. Prior to joining the company, he served as a national sales representative with Specialty Manufacturing, and Sales Manager for Universal Manufacturing. Tim Hess holds a business degree from Whitworth College.

Steven Fingold – Director of Sales
Steven Fingold directs all initiatives and resources at American Games to increase sales and ensure superior customer service. This includes managing a staff of customer service personnel, and sales representatives both internal and in the field. Steven brings to American Games his experience as Marketing Manager with Pollard Banknote Limited, one of the world’s leading full-service lottery suppliers. In that position he worked closely with several multi-million dollar lottery accounts, providing a full range of services for production, sale and marketing of instant lottery products. Steven Fingold holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba.

Kerry Nilson – Machine Design Engineer
Kerry Nilson performs a range of engineering, administrative and management functions within our Machines Department, which manufactures vending machines for pull-tab and scratch-off tickets, as well as the AccuCounter ticket counter. Kerry is in close contact with staff, customers and vendors to generate ideas for product and process improvement. Kerry has held engineering positions with manufacturers of robotics, semi-automated cleaning equipment, and custom-fabricated sheet metal, as well as a Fortune 500 PC manufacturer. Kerry Nilson holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University, and is earning a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
